We are happy to meet families who are interested in enrolling their children at Premier Montessori. A visit usually consists of viewing a Montessori classroom in progress and a short meeting with the Head Teacher in the school office.
Admission Policy
We invite families that we feel would benefit from a Montessori Education after the initial visit. Thenafter the following Admission procedure applies:
To Secure A Placement
A placement is guaranteed when:
1. the school administration offers your child a placement and an official start date.
2. Registration Fee, Placement Deposit, Annual Fee (or its pro-rate) are paid in full.
3. The completion and return of the Application Form, Insurance Form and School Rules Agreement.
To Start Schooling
A child shall start schooling when the following conditions are met:
1. The 1st Term Fee is paid in full.
2. Preparation for schooling is done i.e. school uniforms, black shoes and white socks, stackable bed and nap time packet for full day children, water bottle and suitably sized school bag.
To Re-enrol On Subsequent Years
Families are invited to re-enrol on subsequent years when the school administration feels that the year has benefitted the child and family. Re-enrolment is complete when:
1. New academic year's Annual Fee is paid.
2. Replenish any items that are worn out, such as school uniforms and nap time packet.
3. New copy of the Insurance Form is completed and returned to the school.
Waiting List
Children are placed on the Waiting List when the enrolment is optimal. A placement is usually agreed within one term on the Waiting List.
